COVID-19 Clean
All of the properties on our portfolio are deep cleaned, but please rest assured that our professional cleaning services are fully compliant with government COVID-19 standards and all touchpoints and moveable objects are fully sanitised with anti-bacterial cleaner before and after your guests have visited.
We happily advise and help to de-clutter your property to minimise the spread of infection to non-essential items and ensure that door handles, keys and lockboxes are decontaminated for each individual stay.
Property Preparation
If your property has been empty for a while and needs a thorough ‘once over’ in readiness for you or your guests to arrive, then give us a call!
We’ll not only hoover, mop and dust, but we’ll also make up beds, check bulbs, turn on the boiler and make sure that there are no problems in advance of your arrival. All you’ll need to do is to walk through the door, put the kettle on and put your feet up! We’re happy to provide the milk and biscuits, too – just let us know what you’ll need, and we can prepare a little welcome pack for you.
Changeover Cleaning
Our professional cleaning services include a thorough deep clean of your property between guests. We offer an ‘any day changeover’ service, meaning we’ll come when you ask us to and make sure that the property is holiday-ready for your next happy customers.
We’ll take out the rubbish, tidy up the garden, change beds, clean the dog bowls and make sure that there are fresh linen, tea and coffee and a lovely, fresh cottage or apartment waiting for the guests that are to the exacting standards you require.
Laundry Services
At Dragon Cleaning, we understand the importance of a warm fluffy towel and nice, clean sheets at the end of the day, so we offer full linen and laundry services as part of our professional cleaning services.
We ask that you provide two sets of linen per bedroom for busy seasons, and we’re happy to take used linen and return it smelling fresh and ready for a great night’s sleep after a day full of sea air adventures!
Garden Maintenance and Pressure Washing
They say not to judge a book by its cover, but if your house or holiday cottage looks scruffy on the outside, it’s not going to be as inviting to go inside.

We’re honoured to be trusted with keyholding services for our customers; this stems from being a local company with a desire to know and understand each of our client’s requirements personally.
Many people don’t live as close as they’d like to their holiday home or rental, therefore we help take away the stress of arranging access to the property by being on hand 24-hours a day with the keys ready for your guests, tradesmen or whatever problems you may encounter with your property. Your guests will be provided with our local contact number in case of any emergencies – they can call on us to help at any time.
Empty Care Services
If you’re not going to be around for a while or your holiday property is likely to be vacant over the winter months, then take advantage of our empty care service.
We’ll visit the property regularly to turn on the heating, air the property, maintain the outside space and check that nothing is amiss while you’re away. We’ll give the property a dose of Dragon deep cleaning when your last guest leaves and complete refresh cleans along the way to keep the house in tip-top condition at all times.
